Who We Are

HENAN STEEL STRUCTURE CO., LTD. delivers engineered solutions for grain and industrial bulk-material storage, offering an integrated scope that spans engineering design, technical support, procurement coordination, customized component fabrication, on-site installation & commissioning, spare/accessory supply, training, and after-sales service. Founded in 2017 and based in Xinzheng, Zhengzhou (Henan, China), we operate ~9,000 m² of facilities including a 3,500 m² workshop. Our team includes 300+ skilled technicians and 50+ senior engineers. What We Do

We provide customized steel silo systems from 500 to 10,000 tons, including:

• Agri-grain: corn, wheat, rice, feed silos;
• Industrial: cement, fly ash, clinker, lime silos;
• Construction types: spiral-folded, welded, and galvanized corrugated bolted silos;

Auxiliaries: aeration, temperature & humidity monitoring, cleaning & conveying, level sensing, and insulation/anti-condensation options.
Our EPC-style workflow spans concept planning, detailed engineering, shop fabrication, site erection, commissioning, and O&M training—securing reliability across the asset lifecycle.

Engineering Features

For powder materials such as cement, fly ash, clinker, lime, and granular materials such as corn, wheat, and rice, the company provides targeted designs in terms of sealing, bearing capacity, wind and earthquake resistance, corrosion resistance, and ease of operation and maintenance:

• Multiple silo configurations—welded for superior gas-tightness and strength; spiral-folded for continuous seam sealing and fast field forming; corrugated assembly for modular shipping and rapid on-site erection;
• A-to-Z system integration—conveying (bucket elevators, belt/chain conveyors), aeration & ventilation, temperature & humidity monitoring, level sensing, dedusting, weighing/dispatch, and truck loading;
• Service life & safety—typical design life up to 30 years (cement silo example) with calculations tailored to local codes and site conditions.

EPC Delivery & Services

We provide full-lifecycle EPC contracting and services:

1. Upfront consulting & process/layout design aligned with capacity targets and site constraints;
2. Fabrication & erection by trained teams to ensure quality and schedule;
3. Detailed construction scheduling for project transparency and coordination;
4. Quality supervision per company and national standards at each milestone;
5. Training & O&M—free operator training before start-up and one-year free maintenance after delivery, followed by long-term technical and spare-parts support.
